You may request an Enquiry on Results, also called a remark, if you believe there is an error in your score.

It is important that you request for a remark within six weeks of your test date. You must make the request by 9:00 am on the deadline date. If the deadline is a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, you must make the request by 9:00 am on the Friday before the deadline date.

Your test can only be remarked if you follow the below instructions:

  1. Fill in the IELTS Enquiry on Results Form and submit it to AOLCC via email.
  2. You may choose one or more parts of the test to be remarked: the fees are the same, $350 plus an administration fee of $25 (taxes included).
  3. You can pay  here. You will need your ID document to make the payment.
Remarking takes 2 to 21 days, depending on several factors including the number of sections requested for a remark.

On successful evaluation, you will receive an e-mail stating whether your band score has changed. If there is a change, you will be required to return your previously issued Test Report Form in person or by mail before a new TRF can be issued.
Your EOR fees ($330) will be refunded if there is a change. The administration fee is non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied after the EOR process, you may follow the appeals process.

Refer to  https://www.cambridgeenglish.org/help/enquiries-and-appeals/ to begin the appeals process, or contact us by phone, by email, or in-person for more information.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]
